Distributor rebuild
« on: Friday,November 08, 2024, 12:37:25 PM »
Started taking my distributor apart cause I noticed the shaft was loose and as I mentioned before it has bushings also noticed clips holding the weights were worn out and not holding them in the right position Im probably not going to be using it but I just like fixing stuff !
I’m not decided what the next step for the Europa is rebuild the wedge or take a chance with the crossflow just fixing things as I go along

We used to often rebush, repair, and recalibrate distributors.  I still have a distributor advance machine in my basement.  I now run 123igntion distributors in both my Lotuses.  A lot less work and programming the advance curves is super easy.
