Over the years I have read about the torque on the rear axle nuts being tuff to accomplish with the Europa. Some are using long bars to get the leverage but not knowing the lbs per inch they are applying.
You guys probably know this but I thought for some that don't it may be helpful.
Torque multiplier tool. Been using mine for years when doing Porsche 356's. "The little cars" had a big torque number on the castle nuts and I found this the only way to be accurate. Also good in removing the nut. Picture later if interested.
