2013 Historic Motoring Award

This plaque is attached to the radio cover plate. I have tried to research if this car actually won but could not find anything on the net. Do you think this car actually won or did someone just stick it there?

It was the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance that won the motoring award not the car. Perhaps the owner of the car in 2013 was involved in some manner.

The annual International Historic Motoring Awards, in association with EFG International and Octane magazine, announced this week that the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance has been named the recipient of the 2013 Motoring Event of the Year award.
