Is there a lower price for the lot? Or just $130x4?

Thanks for the interest, I am selling each rim at $95.00, I'll go $350.00 for the 4 rims and 4 tires plus whatever shipping is, I only ship using FedEx.

I have a 74 TCS that came with 13" minilites on them.  In theory would these bolt onto a 74 TCS with no fuss?  Am I right in saying that all I would need is to order a different set of wheel nuts for the correct taper?
Definitely interested in the original lotus alloy rims as they look excellent on these cars so I've been keeping my eye out for a set and this looks like a nice set.

I'll answer for MAK. Yes. They should bolt right up. I wish somebody made reproductions in 15" diameter but the only reproductions I've seen are the standard size.

Thanks BDA!  Has anyone chimed in on the quality of the reproductions/ have they been around long enough to gain a positive or negative standing?

Lotus Supplies sells them (https://www.lotus-supplies.com/parts/wheels/wheels-wheels/wheel-alloy-lotus-brand/). Dave Bean used to list them many years ago but since they don't list anything on line so you'd have to call there to see if they still sell them (209.754.5802). I don't believe I've heard from anybody who bought them so I can't vouch for their quality but they both have good reputations for quality.
