I'm not aware of any covers for the stock rocker switches. The switches are long out of production so it's very unlikely that covers were produced for them in the last fifty years.

I have never seen any on the 10 Europas I have driven.

I believe those are replacement switches because they were the closest to the original the PO could find or he just preferred the look.

The only chrome on S2 rockers is that of the window switches on the console. Is that what you mean?

If so, those trim surrounds were chrome plated aluminium, if I recall. Unfortunately, I've never seen them available as an aftermarket offering. I doubt Colin made them separately so I assume they were supplied from the switch manufacturer at the time.
