Done up like a type 47, shaved front turn signals but kept the side markers and S2 doors/etc. Claims to have a 5-speed but not seeing any proof of that. Claudius sticker and dual Weber side draft carbs on the Renault engine.

The dual side draft intake manifolds are a rare item for a non-crossflow head.

I wonder if this is another of the cars from the Lancaster hoarder?
A guy down there seems to have several fiberglass cars in rough condition.
Some could be desirable, if I were thirty years younger and four times wealthier!
Did not see a price on this one and it appears to be another frame-up job to restore.

I think you're right Richard, the seller has a bunch of other listings for interesting fiberglass cars (and a Europa TC).  The asking price on the S2 was shown as $8,500 which I think is a bit steep for a project car IMHO.

Yah, I would say very high.
I'm prepping a RUNNING S2 for sale and HOPE to see $10K from it.
Body off and any frame repairs needed done.
Also fresh dash, new tires, engine mounts, U-J's, etc.
What he has is only suitable for a young enthusiast, at about $2,500 in the real world.
