It went for $28,000. That is a very good price for that car I think.

Who knows how high it might have gone if the other main bidder’s iPad hadn’t froze up.
I had a similar problem on a car I bid on. Didn’t matter as bidding was still going on when I returned. We were high bidder when the auction ended. Although we came up another $2k the owner wanted another $8k. Some people do not understand that their emotional attachment to a car doesn’t make it worth more.
Hopefully the new owner knows what he needs to do to have an enjoyable, event free (if that’s possible) Europa. Maybe he’ll find his way to this group.  :holdurbreath:
