Turn Signals
« on: Tuesday,August 13, 2024, 01:18:59 PM »
A question for all the electronic nerds in Europa world.  I have a 1970 S2 that I installed a new wiring harness in . It has all led bulbs
and led capable flashers.  Still using the original hazard switch and DB-10 relay.  Every light works, but both front turn signals flash together
when flipping the stalk. The rears work fine. The hazard switch does nothing when flipped.  Which wire do I have wrong? Thanks

Sorry I can't help you with your turn signals. There are color wiring diagrams here (http://lotus-europa.com/manuals/ - under "Other Documentation", click on "Electrical" to get you in the neighborhood).

In fact, every Europa owner should bookmark http://lotus-europa.com/manuals/ because it has more information than another page or site.

Hopefully that will help.

On the column , go to the GW connector off steering wheel and tell me how the turn signals work. disconnecting the GW wire from the hazard switch to the black connector.
