Well  RATS, I went to the trouble of joining the Groups IO and still cannot find/access the S2 Dash file.
It "Should" be possible to make new ones using my CNC mill.
I cannot do them in one pass as they are too long for that.
But if I run the mill dry and remove the end panels I think it very possible.
Quotes I got are silly, $1,200+ silly!
I have the tools to do veneering.
I must find products for the CNC machines ASAP.

Looking at an old dash it is apparent that they were routered from the back side.
My CNC mill only has 20" of X travel.
So to do them means re-positioning twice for the 48" piece.
Inconvenient, but not impossible.

Update: I am now on the hunt for an inverted pin router.
I've sort of wanted one for a while now.
They are not expensive but the good units are Heavy so not easy to get home.

I found this dash pattern on the groups.io group: https://groups.io/g/LotusEuropa/photo/157183/1844248?p=Name%2C%2Cdash%2C20%2C1%2C60%2C0 Is this what you were looking for?

A very good start but I do not see some of the dimensions.
I can measure and add from mine.
Not sure why the delay at Group IO.

I have the original s2 dash template, I'll add the missing dimensions for you.
Mine had a secondary fan switch, not original.
I'll post the missing dimensions ASAP depending if the photo BDA supplied can print.

If I can find a suitable piece of aluminum I hope to make a hand-router pattern until a better answer comes along.

A good start but curvatures and distances from center lines not given.
I think I will try to see how far I can get with this as a starting point and my old dash to try to get more from.
Any additional info will help.
