Europa S1 and S1A rear light units on eBay UK.

there's a nice set of Carello rear light units for the early S1 cars (and Type 47)

However, these units are from a Lancia Flavia Berlina / Sedan / Saloon and would need to be modified to fit the flat rear panel of the S1 Europa cars - the curved outer ends will need to be trimmed off to fit the flat Europa rear panel.
(after modifications, the castings would need to be repaired or treated as the chrome plating will have been compromised)

For reference, the correct Carello units used on the S1 and Type 47 were originally fitted to the Lancia Fulvia Vignale Cabriolet & possibly the Flavia Zagato Sport.
