S2 multiple timing marks - Solved!

I'm a bit stubborn.
Got some Q-Tips and lacquer thinner, cleaned up the marks I could see.
I could tell I was not seeing all of them so turned the engine some more.
Now I have the red marks, and a wider mark with a longer hash under it, and at that point the rest of the marks change to yellow.
So I am reasonably certain the mark at the change is TDC.
Red for advance, yellow for retard.
Still no idea why this flywheel is not standard.
