Bryan, not having heard of Penetrox, I went looking for some. And it comes in at least two types, A and E. Which one are you suggesting for Europa electrics?
Ken
I've been using A since forever, Ken. Just a smear...after polishing the connectors. I use it on: 1) Brit wiring harnesses (MG/JAG/Lotus), 2) transmit antenna slip sections, my electrical contractor uses a smear on electrical boxes that may be exposed to outside.
One bottle will outlast either of us. But, considering the number of connections in the harness, the flakey nature of undersized ground leads, and generally the QC that Lucas executed back in the day...it's worth the $ to add reliability and cut down on the chance that corrosion will find its way into the equation. Not eliminate..but stave off for longer than not.
