Manual window pull-up conversion?
I've wondered if a system as used for Abarth racers might work.
Basically a wing nut, clamp, and single post.

I struggled with my window for too long. I took the frame apart twice and it still binds up. The straps were easy and I can always go back. Interestingly, the plastic nut insert that is used for license plates fits very well into the track at the bottom of the window to attach a strap to.

Nice! Did you weigh the parts you removed?

How easy are the window straps to use?  Do they close tight?  Any rattles when you go over a bump?

I find the straps easy to use. The window is either up or down and only moves a few inches between.

I put a rubber grommet in the strap, so there is a little cushion. They have not rattled.

You didn't like the konis?

LOL. Yes, I did. I will keep them to go back some day, but for the track I needed something a bit stiffer.

Your Konis were good for me to put the car back to stock to see what the baseline is supposed be, because the set up before was not optimal.

I was surprised on how light the Pro Techs are compared to those.

I did not weigh the parts I removed, but the total weight of the car is 1,550
