Four days hunched over fenders and crammed under the dash to find a turn-signal short in my 81 Chevy C30.
None of the manuals or schematics I could find reveal what color wires run to and from each fuse.
I finally had to remove the fuse block from the firewall, behind the dash, to get a look at the back side and determine the color wire I needed to trace.
If it had been Lucas the smoke would have escaped and left a few burned wires to splice.
After this struggle Lucas is a breeze, the Lotus will be a snap.
I did at least end up relearning some forgotten tricks.
