S1 Sun Visor Restoration-Foam

Made a plywood jig to fill my "dust bag" sun visor.  Just went down to the hardware store and there are a dozen different insulation foam aerosol cans available.  Seems as though they differ by the size of the gap to be filled.  Has anyone done this recently who might be able to advise me on a specific brand or their experience in general?  One shot deal if you catch my drift and I don't want to blow it.
