Looks like that was run as a Formula C so that Twincam (might be) an 1100. I’ve been looking for a vintage Formula Ford the last few months, this would be even more fun but a little beyond my budget. Anyone know of a Lotus 51 or 61 hanging around ? Mark

Just curious, the block in the pictures is a 701M. How do they get 1100cc from that bock?

Presumably by a much shorter stroke. Don't know of other TC 1100cc engines, but Cosworth did their 1100cc BDJ by reducing the stroke to 53mm from 77mm.

It sure is grimy, but the cool-potential is undeniable.
Perhaps I'm coming down with a touch of something, but as I sit here at work cruising the forums during the pre-Christmas wind-down, wiling away the day with some day-dreaming, I have pieced together in my mind a combination of this F2 and an S1 Europa. It sure is cool. Wish you could see it.
