  It’s strange like that , how a few miles change everything.
Cocoa beach didn’t get hit that bad because the beaches just had massive beach restoration, replenished.
  My daughters 10th floor office is on the beach, however she’s been working from home. She may go in on Monday. The bad part is the roads are covered with inches of soft sand .

And here was I thinking Tornadoes are dangerous . . .

  Now that is over I think of it as spring cleaning, you start throwing stuff out and really looking at every inch of your property.
  With temps in the mid 90’s and humidity at 100% you tend to stay inside and put off outside jobs unless it in the pool area and drinks are allowed. No ladders or electrical work either. Absolutely stay safe.    With that said,  I have a meeting with the neighbors later today,,  beer involved.
