The listing says it is in  San Rafael, California 94901. Found that by clicking on the "shipping" tab.

Looks complete.  Good luck.

Look under shipping third line down.  It states San Rafael Ca.

The trouble with Ebay is like so many corporations.........they are under the delusion that change is good.......aaaa no, it's not.
The place where the item was selling from was easy to see at one time.  Now, not so easy.

They have done other screwy things ......all in the name of change.  Like the genius just out of college that will correct all the mistakes the other genius' did before him.

Mike, you wouldn't believe how much I identify with that comment......  first I got the T shirt and 30yrs later I was grumbling about "why do you want to fix what isn't broken ?".

Brian

(nowadays I just fix my cars....    in fact I often "fix" it until it's broken)
