Do they need two pins in one hole. I notice sjsportscsrs only seem to sell just the one pin.
S1/S2 and TCs with the 336 transaxle used 2 shims: a 7mm outer with a 4mm as the filler. TC(s), with the larger output shafts, use a spirol pin (looks like a miniature jelly roll from the end) of 5mm nominal diameter.
When you shim, you are looking for the clearance hole in the yoke to be just an RCH to the outside. Just a pinch. If it's too loose (ie the hole is a hair to towards the transaxle), the pin will break under the load, but if you are just a hair proud, you will compress the pin properly and have no lateral movement. It's a hair and some air...you want the yoke tight against the shims.
