Was working on the car before leaving for a business trip...and noticed that the throttle cable (which had been replaced at some point) and sheath was routed through the same grommet as the clutch cable down at the base of frame. Thinking this is not correct...and remembering that the S2 was routed along the top of the center hump, through the firewall, not at the base.
Can someone shed some light on the throttle cable routing in the TCS? To me it seems like someone used a universal cable sheath...and just 'lost' the extra length by circuitous routing. (that they also left off the return spring that goes from the cable fitting on the carbs to the airbox is something else I have to rectify along the way...).
TIA.
