Door lock keys
« on: Thursday,January 20, 2022, 03:26:18 AM »
I need a key for my TCS door locks but searching here I have not been able to find the key type needed. I have the barrel out and can see the 3 digit number but I don't know if its an fs type or other, any advice welcomed.

Thanks for that useful information. I have found this in my search and it seems the early 70s cars could have fs or ft keys, but the probability is swinging towards ft type.

You can get some visual confirmation here: http://rdent.com/
it's a pretty rudimentary website.  Just do a 'ctrl-f' and search for "key blank" and you'll see them.

If you know the number, I might have one to copy from.

Thank you for the offer 4129R. Its not a problem getting the keys, its getting the right type. I have ordered  an ft type so hopefully it matches.
