@ Bodzer: Thank you for the offer, very generous. I can still use the rear part of my S1 chassis, so a second chassis where the T-section has to be replaced would unfortunately be no help to me.

Hello Stefan,

I think that several S1 owners who have restored their cars had the same problem:

Nobody manufactures new S1 chassis.

However, if you can find an expert fabricator and the drawings/dimensions of the T-section, then there's still hope!
(Serge Sleurs is one person who has repaired the T-section of his car's chassis and I believe that YouTube has videos of his work)

Both Spyder and Banks can replace the T section on a chassis.
