Masses of very expensive time on a CNC machining an 8" or so bar of EN34 (never heard of that one) instead of a 4" bar so bound to be expensive

No hub with the PA axle.  Lotus Supplies (and others) has them.

Pretty sure Barry Spencer had an uprated rear axle available at some point.
Perhaps worth a phone call for someone in California?
