Yes, he may have made them.
I just looked again and still can't be sure.
When I first saw the video, the manifolds seemed to be alloy colour. That usually means they were cast as distinct from fabricated. It's more usual for people to fabricate manifolds in steel because it's easier and doesn't require any flash welding kit. Perhaps they're just painted silver.
All this is to say that if they were cast, someone has made a pattern/mould and it may still be around somewhere.
I've no personal interest but Serge and others do.
