I once sent them an email about an NG3 seal. They answered that email but did not answer my reply which had another question.
I had the same problem with Richard... Well, not quite. Richard will not reply to any email!
Everything had to be done via phone. That may be the case with those parts guys too.
The roll pin hole might be an issue. If that hole isn't standardized then you might have to have a machinist copy the orientation from a U-joint yoke to a new CV joint. The roll pin hole in the CV joint Richard sent me lined up perfectly. I have no idea where he got the CV joint that he sold me. I assumed it was a Renault part but I really don't know.
