It is L16 (brown) with real patina.....4 speed - not a problem for me as the closest Interstate in any direction is about 2 hours

I believe that this will not occur in April due to the current state of things, hopefully May or June

I now have a date to pick up my Europa :beerchug:     October 10th!

Covid has really delayed this!

Plans are to pull body off and go through frame/suspension/drive train.
Put body back on and fix interior.
Last is paint etc.....I would rather run out of funds and have it driveable with patina than a pretty Europa shell taking up space while I save for the rest!

Details and story etc coming in October😎

Hey ..,  you can always make car noises and sit in it .  :FUNNY:   Just kidding, it sounds like a great plan.

At least you have had chance to prepare your workspace!

I saw/test drove mine on a Saturday and it was delivered on the following Wednesday.  I spent most of the time in between clearing enough space in the garage to get the car in.  I still haven't cleared enough space to actually work on the car inside though!

I got my Europa home today! What a chore to get it on the trailer with four flat tires!

It took a hundred posts for it to find me and a hundred posts to get it home (thanks covid).

Can I get it driveable in another hundred posts ......?

Details in a new topic to follow soon😉
