Jet Hot
« on: Tuesday,February 18, 2020, 07:06:12 AM »

I just received back my headers and exhaust from Jet Hot and wanted to share some feedback with the group. I am very happy with the outcome, they arrived back very well individually packed and on the day promised. The finish is uniform and looks great. I cant speak yet for how the coating will perform once the car is running again, but first impression is really good I'm glad I took the majority advice of this forum and made this choice.

Bart.

Looking great Bart. Don't be surprised if the 'chrome' shine dulls with time. I used a local coater on my GT40 headers and heat caused the shine to dull over several months. Outside of dulling the coating has held up for 12 years now.

What is your chassis number? Mine is GT40P2194.

P2226. It's a LHD MKII. Don't think all the SPF # are chronological. When did you get yours? Assume you have a MkI RHD? How do you like the original rod shifter?

Mk I Gulf Colours to match 1969 winner. 5.6L Roush @459 BHP.

I love the right hand gear change.

You can choose your chassis number if not already taken, or get the next one in numerical order.
