Picture perfect day at ,”Wheels Across the pond”. Lotus had a significant amount of entrants. Pictures of the event and winners in each group are on the website and also on Facebook.
Wesley and Paul are so knowledgeable on all things Lotus. I had a great day and finally saw and heard an Europa running. I really am fired up to get my lotus on the road ASAP.

Great meeting you at the show!! I can't wait for you to get your Europa running.  We'll all do a Florida Key's run with Paul.  Your car would look great on the Seven Mile bridge.

Wesley, Big Thanks for offering to let me drive your car . If there were less people around I would have jumped at it. I would definitely need an ac system to do that run .
PS , I laugh so hard after seeing your call sign , I get it now
but I’ll let you do the honors explaining it

Nice meeting you Dave.  I can’t wait to see your car.  I am moving to Orlando in the next year so I will be a lot closer.
It was a fun day.

Looks like a great time! Nice to put some faces to the names. I’m looking forward to attending a car event where mine is not the only Europa. (Guessing that will be LOG 39)  :beerchug:

Looks like a great event. Yellow and orange, what would you expect in the citrus state?

There was a referendum voted-on in the last state election to allow Lotus cars in the State of Florida in colours other than orange or yellow, but they lost several thousand of the ballots.  It was close!  They are till trying to find the missing ballots and waiting for a recount. Hey it is a Florida thing LOL.  So BDA hopefully by next year your white Europa will be allowed down here and Dakazman's completed Black Europa can be registered legally
