Gates Hose Clamps

I’ve opted to use Gates heat-shrink hose clamps for my water lines.  I was surprised by how easily they installed.   I think they help make the plumbing look clean. 

They’re only available in black though, which doesn’t go with my color scheme, so I’ve covered them with vinyl tape, changing them from black to blue.  I’m quite pleased on how the heat-shrink clamps helps keep things looking tidy back there.

Now I f I could only stop avoiding doing the wiring.  All the wires are clearly marked but I’m not comfortable hooking things up by myself.

It’s difficult to get a heat gun to the backside of most of them, but a curved metal deflector resolves that pretty well.
