Lou:  That Ice Racing Europa has to be the most bizarre shot I've seen.  My parents used to ice race against a guy with a Saab Sonnet with a header upside down out the hood.  Can't imagine the Europa was much good on the ice.

Major modifications to the windscreen defroster helps!

Looks like a kite with those wings. More work to build and install them than its worth, but hey, what ever floats your boat.

They made it easier to spot at the bottom of the lake next summer.

I love the crazies.  Ice racing alone is great, the creativity is the icing.   The same guy with the header out the hood of a Sonett also did a season with two wheels welded together like a dually.
