Somewhat strangely, one arrived in the mail last week from ebay.  I say strangely because I hadn't bid on any auction for one.  Obviously this one is meant for you.  Send me your address and I'll send it your way.

It's in pretty good nick with a crease or two and some scuffing on the front cover.  Only the first service coupon has been removed.
