Front brake mounting plate for flex line
« on: Thursday,June 08, 2017, 03:15:19 PM »
Does anyone have a rough estimate of the deminsions for the front flex line "mounting plate" that attaches at the brake caliper mounting bolts. The small plate that the flex line attaches to the short bundy line.  Can't buy them and I don't have an original to copy.  Tom

I made a set for my car, but did I keep the dimensions, nope.  I would suggest making a CAD template (Cardboard aided design).  The bit that mounts to the caliper is easy, just trace the mounting holes, the rest you could probably design by eye, offer the brake hose up to the line and see how far away from the caliper mounts it is.

Here's a rough drawing w/ measurements and a photo of the bracket. (The 2 1.4" measurement is to the start of the radius)
