Straight coolant tubes

Coolant tubes are installed. Straight tubes are much easier. New front driver side holes were a bitch to line up and drill (inside chassis ). Plenty of room now for the cable shift brackets. I'll use silicone bends to finish plumbing the system.

I don't have any direct experience with silicone hoses, but I understand they need to be tightened much tighter than rubber hoses. Just something to keep in mind early so it doesn't bite you later!

What's a turbo clamp look like ? (serious question, I've never had to use/buy one before)

Yes i can vouch for silicone hoses needed a higher clamp pressure especially on stainless steel tubing. I used  Mikalor clamps. and make sure the silicone hoses don't have release agent on them.
