I'm sure most of you have had the pleasure at some point...while running some system checks I noticed a familiar fragrance permeate my surroundings. Fear not, as I have the spares to remedy the situation.

I treated 4688R to a complete new harness c/o Banks to prevent the smell of imminent failure.

That's a spare every owner of a vintage British car should have! It's vitally important to have the correct amount of smoke in your wires and older British car's wiring is known to be susceptible to leaking.

Is that why John Player Special, and before the Gold Leaf,  sponsored the Lotus F1 team? So all Lotus cars would smell of smoke?
