I'm Venting!!!
« on: Monday,November 12, 2012, 09:52:33 AM »
While I don't visit the Yahoo Groups Europa website as much as I did at one time,  I was there yesterday.
One fellow wrote in about seeing a Ford Crossflow in a Europa at LOG.  Then a couple more stated they were doing it.

I think this is a wonderful idea as there are gobs of hipo parts for these engines.

He mentioned he took pictures...........as usual I hunted around in the photo section like a lost child at a mall until my patience left me.

I just don't understand why those guys make their internet lives easier and post here...........

Change comes slowly. I'm sure in time more will drift over this way and experience forum freedom ;)
The Twin Cam plays the symphony whilst my right foot conducts the orchestra. At 3800 rpm the Mad Pipe Organ joins in.

I sure hope so Trevor.  I want to see these conversions.

It took well over a year (probably 2) for the Scottish Elise group to move from the Yahoo group text emails to a proper forum. So it's very early days for Joe's forum but if we can make it a helpful place for newcomers then I'm sure it will outpace the original Yahoo group over time.

Simply being able to post a picture alongside your question or answer will swing it eventually, and of course trying to help out folks that are new to the cars.
