I expect that the UK and US cars are similar as well as the TC and S2. I hope so anyway since that's all I can tell you about.
The fuse box (all four fuses) is mounted on the side of the tunnel pretty much directly below the dashboard. The wires for the headlights, fan, turn signals, etc. go out in front of the fuse box. On the US cars, it's on the passenger side so on the UK cars, it's probably the same. There are wires for the light that illuminates the heater and choke handles. There are a lot of grounds that connect where the bottom of the dash bolts through the fiberglass to the frame. There are more grounds at either end of the dash that eventually find their way there. The rest of the wires find their way along the top of the tunnel and go out the firewall there.
I've probably missed some, but I think if you get that far, the rest should be pretty obvious.
