I've been trying to reach Banks for a few days and only get a busy signal. The website gives this #

011 44 1704 227059.  I'm trying to call from a land line. Is this the right number?  Are they usually really busy.

When I call Richard, I try to call around around 7am Eastern. It's been a while since I've called him so I don't quite remember how I did it. The number I have for him is +44 (0)1704 227059 and I don't remember if I had to delete the first '0' or not.

It's been a while since I last called Banks Engineering but I believe that the number on the website is one I used
(44 (0)1704 227059). Perhaps the phone is indeed busy when you try to call. Every time I call, it's always Richard who answers. I Binged the phone number and this is what I got.
