WTB: Twin cam A arms

I may have a set.   I'm an Elan guy so I'm not sure if these are for a +2 or Europa.   They measure 10" from the center of the bush to the
end of the arm.    Two of them have a bracket for who knows what, maybe a different kind of sway bar?   Are these something you can use?

That looks right. The TC lower arms have a tube welded at the lower shock mount hole, but, as you say, that's only one, three to go!
