Looks great!  Where did you get the water outlet on the back of the head?  I'm not too keen on running the stock plastic one on my car.

That project looks great.  I like the rework of the rear suspension.  Do you have anymore pictures of the inboard mount and what you spindle looks like at the wheel?

I'll agree, your project looks great!
I'm considering attempting the Zetec conversion. Wondering about your FI intake - is a stock unit turned upside down? What transaxle are you using?

I think the rear cross beam (and the rest of the suspension) is Richard's twin link kit. It's a great addition!

The thermostat housing is home made, parts made by me and a friend welded it together.
I have also made The modified twinlink myself.
Intake manifold is stock from a escort/fiesta 1.8 .
Gearbox is ng3 from renault espace.

The engine is a 1.8 silvertop with blacktop camcover, and comes from a 1998 mondeo, with stock efi.

Car looks fantastic.  Where did you get the axels?  I'm doing a NG3 trans for my 68 S2.
