If you Google Lotus Europa wiring diagram, there is a colour wiring diagram for S1, S2, TC, TCS both US and UK specs.

It is quite easy to follow.

To get to the back of the dashboard without doing damage to your back is not so easy. I was underneath at the weekend trying to find out why my hazard lights are not working to get my MOT. All else  done.

The Documentation section of the Knowledge Base has all of the owners manuals showing the dash layout and switch/instrument description.

There are also some good colorized wiring diagrams there as well as on this forum here: http://www.lotuseuropa.org/LotusForum/index.php?topic=752.0
