My customization project is taking far too long to complete, so while the body work is being done, I've been working on the details. One project I'm re-doing is the 3D printed instrument Speedometer/Tachometer "bucket". The first one fit, but not perfectly and required a mount that was less than satisfactory. My latest version can be found here:
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:33034My version has an additional hole in the center section for the speedometer's trip knob. The photo is of the original file and you can see that the corners don't fit that well. This version corrects that.
I hope this can help anyone who's original vacuum formed part is no longer usable.
