To be honest I don't think they are listed in the parts manual, but a quick scan through the knowledgebase came up with this;

2 rear frame - 3/8"-24 x 1-1/4"
2 base of firewall - 3/8"-24 x 3/4"
2 seatbelts - 7/16"-20 x 1-3/4"
2 Lower dash mount - 3/8"-24 x 1-1/4"
2 Front Top of the spring/damper mount  - 3/8"-24 x 1-1/4"

All UNF threads ?

source of info - Yahoo list postings. It might be worth looking in the files area to see if anyone has made up a definitive "chassis change" list ?

Here is the page from the repair manual. You have to go to the parts book to decipher the bolt sizes. I've done these bolts and listed them below the illustration.

X = Hexhead
UF = U.N.F.
B = Bolt
06 = number of 16ths or 3/8"
24 = length in 16ths or 1 1/2"
So the rear bolts are 3/8" UNF 1 1/2 inches long
Fronts are 3/8" UNF 1 1/4" long
Dash bolts are 3/8" UNF 1" long
Fire wall bolts 1/4" UNF 3/4" long (except I don't think they are used on the Twin Cam.

Many thanks for the replies, managed to get it all bolted down today, the threads in the top of the transmission tunnel were very stiff when I tried the bolts but a bit of working in and out and a spray of WD40 did the trick.
