I thought it was called “champagne”. I’m not at that stage yet. So I’ll watch this thread with interest.

I don't think I've ever seen reproduction biscuit seat covers. Lotus Supplies has what appears to be vinyl biscuit seat covers (https://www.lotus-supplies.com/parts/interiors/trimmed-item/seat-cover-set-2-cushion-oatmeal/). AutoMat (https://www.autointeriors.biz/index.html) does custom interiors and they sell carpet kits for the Europa (I highly recommend them) and they advertise "original interior restorations" but I don't know if they have patterns for the seat cushions or they'd want your seats to cover at their shop. It might be worth a call to either of them (note, Lotus Supplies is not great about answering their phone. I might try emailing them and if that doesn't work, click on the "Request Item” button to tell them that you're interested in them.) After that, I would recommend a local interior shop. They could probably come up with something that is pretty close.

edit: added link to AutoMat's Original Interior Restorations

I'll second contacting lotus-supplies for the kit in oatmeal.  They take a while, but the kits are well-constructed and as accurate as you're going to get.  No, they are a pain to get to contact you back, but put in the request, and I've found that they respond back.  The covers are made to order; you have to specify what pattern (basketweave, ambla, etc) for the inserts.  I did mine winter of 22, and took (me) about a week of on-and-off time in the garage to get them done.

I'd not discount lotus-supplies, and haven't had any issues dealing with them.  They are not as responsive as, say, RD or Bean, but they know the Europa.

(And I second Auto-Mat in NY for the carpets,  This is the third car I've used them for, and am pleased with the service and product.  They even have the patterns for the bonnet and boot trays which adds a little class  (and sound deadening) to those normally scuffed-up areas.

I just did door panels and seat from Lotus Supplies on an S2.  To do again, I would sew up my own. The door panels were garbage. I got them to work but the inner part was far from right.  The seats didn't have the double seams as the factory but they worked much better than the doors and look good.
