Throttle stop on a Series 2
« on: Wednesday,June 14, 2023, 04:53:29 PM »
HI:
Well a long day at the farm with the S2.
The reason the throttle cable was over extending is I am missing that back stop bolt on the throttle pedal that folks told me about.
The welded nut is still in place just no bolt to be found.
How long should it be?
Second question that came up.
My rear brake brake shoes need replacing.
Is it Triumph Spits,GT6 or?? ones I should be buying.
Thanks
Bernie

Rear brake shoes are the same as 1966-72 GT6, Mk1, 2, 3 to KF20000

Early GT6, not the later ones.
