Geert at the R16 shop in the Netherlands is re-producing the correct cam and dizzy gear (which is a matched set) for the 697 and 821 engines:

Geert is good people, and can supply other R16 parts that are not Lotus-specific for the parts that were used in the S1/S2 engine/tranny range (except the CWP assembly, for obvious reasons...)
Passing along, no financial interest, etc., and I'm not running an 821 anymore, but lots of folks are in various stages from complete to pile of parts on the bench.
