Lower link / shock bolt removal?

Any tips on getting the bolt out of the aluminum housing after it has been cementing itself in there for 40 years.  I’m trying the usual heat, croil penetrating oil, and impact.  I’m wanting to put some new heim  joints on the lower links.

Repeated heat/cool cycles works very well.  You can buy freeze sprays but an upside down can of dust off works great too.
