« on: Wednesday,June 08, 2022, 04:21:39 PM »
Hi guys,I wonder if anyone knows of the whereabouts of PST 606K,a white europa, I owned it in about 1976, I’ve seen that it’s taxed so there is a chance it’s still roadworthy (no mot) . I can be contacted at tandkharford@yahoo.co.uk, thanks

Hi Tezlad. Is that a license plate number? It doesn't look like an Europa VIN. And in the UK, can a license plate number be transferred to another car?

Hello Kendo, yes that's a UK registration number and 'K' registration ran from 1st of August 1971 to the 31st of July 1972.
They are transferable with certain criteria (for example: as they signify the year of issue, a 'newer' registration can't be transferred to an older vehicle)
In the UK registration numbers (number plates) are often transferred if they spell a word, have the owner's initials or have very few digits etc and they can be very expensive.

Welcome to the forum, Tezlad. Good luck with your search.
The Twin Cam plays the symphony whilst my right foot conducts the orchestra. At 3800 rpm the Mad Pipe Organ joins in.
