Richard at Banks would have done lots of them. That said parts availability is limited to gaskets, seals, bearings and synchros. Most other parts are hard to come by and 5th gear parts (Lotus only) are impossible to find. That's why Richard developed the NG3 conversion.
The two common oil leaks on the 365 are the shifter rod in the rear housing which can be bushed; and, the bugaboo of all Europas, the output shafts. In the Renault applications, the inner CV joint incapsulates the output shaft. Lotus changed this as they needed the suspension loads to be carried by the main diff housing bearings. The short seal run Lotus uses does not encapsulate the output shaft and doesn't even hit both lips of the seal! Weeping is the norm, small leaks very common, and large leaks not unusual. Careful part prep and assembly helps but, if the oil loss is small in quantity, it's probably best to live with it. Frequent level checks are always a GOOD idea.
