The more extensive photos on the google drive (link provided in the description) weren't detailed enough to evaluate the frame but what can be seen looks good. It doesn't have an engine or tranny but it does have the original tail lights and an ash tray! The front suspension looked straight also.

I wonder how much more than his opening bid of $3,500 he's going to get...

not much more as it is going to take a lot of money to repair and who knows about the frame!!!!Yikes

Oh man how I would love to have that car to restore.  I have a bunch of parts to finish it, the early 46 has always been my dream car vs my S2 and TCS, so much more pure.
