But you don't have to have the windows closed on a Europa.  There is almost perfect laminar flow.

My father once owned a 1935 Rolls Royce.

In the owner's handbook:-

"Please instruct your driver that this vehicle is capable of speeds in excess of 50 m.p.h."

I am not sure if the chauffeur had to close the windows to achieve that speed.
